PerfumeDupes.store is an independent review and referral site. We do not sell, stock, ship, or handle returns for any products featured on this site. This page explains how shipping, returns, and order issues actually work when you buy through our links.
We Don’t Fulfill Orders
Every product you see on PerfumeDupes.store links out to a third-party retailer or brand (such as Dossier, Oakcha, FragranceNet, or others). When you click “Shop Now” or a similar button, you leave our site and complete your purchase directly with that retailer. We never take your payment, never ship anything to you, and never have access to your order details.
Shipping
Shipping costs, delivery times, carriers, and international shipping availability are all determined entirely by the retailer you purchase from. Please check the shipping policy on the retailer’s own site before completing your purchase, especially if you’re ordering internationally.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
If you need to return an item, request a refund, or report a problem with an order (wrong item, damaged product, order never arrived, etc.), you’ll need to contact the retailer you purchased from directly — not us. Each retailer sets its own return window and policy, so we recommend reviewing that before you buy.
Order Issues
Since we don’t process orders, we’re not able to look up your order status, cancel an order, or issue a refund on a retailer’s behalf. For anything related to an existing order, please go directly to the retailer’s customer service or order-tracking page.
